Dr. Keiko Chan completed medical school in Calgary and residency in Family Medicine in Ottawa, training extensively in women's health at the Shirley E Greenberg Center. She is passionate about making procedures like IUD insertions, endometrial biopsies, and Pap tests comfortable, offering cervical nerve blocks, inhaled Penthrox, and anxiolytic medication options. She frequently lectures on perimenopause/menopause and holds Menopause Society certification.

Dr. Sawini Fernando graduated from Dalhousie University's medical school and completed Family Medicine residency and Enhanced Skills Training in Women's Health at Queen's University. She is dedicated to empathetic, trauma-informed gynecologic care for cisgender, transgender, and non-binary individuals, offering tailored pain management including paracervical blocks during clinical procedures.
