Enrolling with a family physician at My Medical Centers is quick, digital, and streamlined:

Complete Digital Intake
Click the registration button to open our secure Ocean booking portal. Provide your valid provincial health card (OHIP, RAMQ, etc.) or private coverage details.
Meet Your Physician
Schedule your first intake visit to complete medical history documentation and establish longitudinal healthcare coverage with your dedicated doctor.
